When Valentine’s Day rolls around it’s mostly your daughter that gets really excited. Spend some time with them, help make there best Valentine day ever.
Valentines crafts for kids can be something fun for them to keep, or something for them to give as a gift.
Below is a box that I find to very fun.
Materials
- Heart shaped box, w/lid
- Red paint
- Beads
- Glue gun
- Ribbon
Suggested Materials for inside
- Candy
- Potpourri
- Tea light candles
Instructions
First thing that you will need to do is paint the box. I listed above red paint but if you prefer something different feel free to go with it. Paint the entire box inside and out. After it has dried then you will be ready to go on.
You can now use the glue gun to put lace around the edge of the lid. You can also put beads on the top of the lid and/or the bottom edge of the box. You can add things like glitter and stickers if these things appeal to you.
In conclusion this box can be used as you child’s card box for school, a gift for their teacher or decoration. You can put things like candy and or potpourri in it as I have listed above. You decide what best fits your needs for this craft or other valentines crafts for kids!
