Have you ever considered craft projects using balloons?

By Brandi W.

There are many things that you can do with craft projects using balloons. They can be used for decorations for your child’s birthday party or can be used just to bring you and your child together with a special craft.

These crafts can be done by all ages with the help of you, the parent. Craft projects using balloons are very fun, crafty and eye catching. These crafts can be anything from ghosts to pigs. Here some below that I really like.

Balloon Ghost

What a great idea for halloween crafts for kids! This is made of a white balloon and white plastic grocery bags. You simply blow up the balloon to the size you choose. You will need to cut the handles off of the bag, and cut slits in the bag but not all the way up to make the body of the ghost. Tape the slitted bags to the bottom of the white balloon. In conclusion you can be creative and draw your own face.

Bob the Tomato from Veggie Tales

You will need a red balloon and green tissue paper. Blow up the balloon, the side with the knot will be the top. With the green tissue paper cut out leaves, crumple them up to give them a more rugged look. Tape the leaves to the top. You will now put on the face, be creative! With a black string you can now tie this veggie tale from the ceiling, all of the veggie tales can be made the same way.

With balloons anything is possible. Be creative and use your imagination anything is possible. These crafts can be useful in bringing you and your child together.
